At the Christmas Banquet we will be playing a “Gift Exchange Game”. You may have played something like this before because many Variations are out there.  Everyone coming to the Banquet needs to bring a WRAPPED gift worth about $10.  Ideas for gifts are movie tickets, hot sauces, teddy bear, CD, watch, just about anything.  All gifts will be put in a central area, and when time to play everyone draws numbers from a hat, with the numbers going from 1 to whatever the last one is (about 40 or so).  The person with number 1 goes first and selects a gift from the pile. The person who is number 2 has a choice take Number 1’s gift or select one from the pile.  If Number 2 takes Number 1’s gift then number 1 can pick from the pile again. Rules: A gift can only be stolen 3 times, then it is frozen and the person gets to keep it.  You can’t grab a gift back from the person that just took it.
